had a lovely time in the deluxe double room. super comfy beds and a flat-screen TV. the room had a kettle and a fridge, very handy. private bathroom with towels and shower was nice. it was super clean and tidy. did I mention the free parking? location was fab, near the sea front and shops.

Location is a standout feature, just two minutes from the theatre. the room quality fell short of expectations with a window that wouldn’t seal, broken bathroom fixtures, and minimal toiletries. Breakfast lacked variety, and some items were served cold. That said, the mattress was decent, and the staff were helpful with luggage.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of tea and coffee. We enjoyed visits to Royal Birkdale Golf Club and Hillside Golf Club, both of which were fantastic activities for our group. The staff was friendly and helpful!
